| Soy saice | 2/3 cup |
| Water | 2/3 cup |
| Honey | 2 tsp |
| minced Garlic | 2 cloves |
| Scallion | To taste |
| Sesame | To taste |
| Dried chili peppers | Some |
Boil the water and then add in room temp eggs in. Add vinegar and slag in the water and boil for 6 mins
Put cooked eggs in cold or icy water to cool
Peel the eggs
Put everything in a sealed container, and store in fridge overnight
