peper & star anisepugil
gingersome
green onion1
soybean oilbit
chili6
vinegar4 spoons
cooking wine2 spoons
oyster saucehalf spoons
suger1 spoons
garlic1~2
coriander3~4

蒜爆鱼的做法步骤

  1. 第1步.

    First put carp ( grass or carp or bream )/ginger/green onion/peper/star anise into cold water,then boil it until carp is cooked.

  2. 第2步.

    Heat the soybean oil and put chili in it,then put soybean oil and chili into carp(you can hear sound zzzz~)

  3. 第3步.

    Make sauce Mix vinegar,cooking wine,suger,oyster sauce and garlic ,then put the mixture into carp.

  4. 第4步.

    Finally,put the coriander on the carp
