
This is Thai styled grilled pork in Keto friendly recipe.
| Tenderloin pork | 100 g. |
| Coconut milk | 1 cup |
| Garlic | 5 pieces |
| Erythritol | 1 tbsp |
| Soy sauce | 2 tbsp |
| White pepper powder | 1 tsp |

Chopped garlic. 蒜茸。

Put together: coconut milk, garlic, white pepper powder, soy sauce, erythritol. Stir until it mix smoothly.

Put the pork in the mixture, marinated for a night or at least 30 minutes.

Put the pork on the stick.

Grilled it for 20 minutes about 170c.

Finished!

Eat with some vegetables :)
