全麦面包吐司三明治（面包机）｜whole wheat bread n‘ toast sandwich的做法步骤

1. 第1步.

   420g 全麦面粉➕1 tsp 酵母➕1 1/2 tbsp 细砂糖➕1 tsp 盐➕30g 黄油➕280g 牛奶➕nuts，都放进面包机～面包机开始工作啦

2. 第2步.

   牛油果切一半在壳里切得碎一点方便之后涂在面包片上。上面再撒一些自己喜欢的nuts和seeds。
