这次用量 1 tbsp. olive oil 1 medium onion 2 garlic cloves, minced pinch red pepper flakes 1 lb. ground beef salt+pepper 2 tbsp. tomato paste 3个西红柿 1 tsp. dried oregano 2 tbsp. basil or more 1 large head of cauliflower, (about 3 cups) cut into florets, blanched, and drained well 1 1/2 c. fresh ricotta 2 c. shredded mozzarella 1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan
1 tbsp. olive oil 1 medium onion 2 garlic cloves, minced pinch red pepper flakes 炒香 加入牛肉,盐和胡椒 炒熟,沥水

加入番茄酱和西红柿(替换了paste和can tomato) 加入oregano 小火煮15分钟 加入basil搅拌均匀 烤箱预热375度

把以上做好的肉酱和花菜混合均匀 铺在盘里,加上ricotta,mozzarella,parmesan 烤25分钟 出盘more basil
