| flour | 1½ tablespoons |
| salt | ½ teaspoon |
| whipping cream | 1½ cups |
| sugar | 2 tablespoons |
| Parmesan cheese | |
| fresh frozen or canned whole kernel corn | 3 cups |

Melt butter in heavy saucepan; add flour and salt, stirring to blend. Slowly add whipping cream, Parmesan cheese ,stirring constantly until thickened. Add sugar and corn, heat.
