I’ve been on this diet as my dinner for more than a month!
I found that it can make me feel full and also keep my meal light for the dinner!
I’ve enjoyed it, and it also help me to lose weight and build muscle. So I would like to introduce to anyone who likes yogurt as me 😊

Have to keep eating plain yogurt, but definitely, we can be treated by some flavored yogurt😊
If you want to eat fruit, eat those low GI ones. If you just eat vegetables, eat anything that you like!
Granolas, it has to be unsweetened! If you cannot find one in the grocery store, just make it yourself!
