| tarragon or cider vinegar | 1 tbsp |
| Dijon mustard | 2 tbsp |
| olive oil | 2 tbsp |
| walnut | 2 tbsp |
| walnut oil | 2 tbsp |
| honey | 1 tbsp |
| potatoes | 900g |
| fresh tarragon leaves, chopped | 1 tbsp |

prepare the ingredients

cook the potatoes in boiling salted water for 15-20 mins

mix all the sauce to creamy

chopped potatoes into chunks

Stir together, add the tarragon and nuts on top
1. 嫌麻烦如我其实没全按着recipe来~例如walnut我换成cashews 没放walnut oil会稍欠香气但还是可以用同等分量olive oil替代
2.同理没有fresh tarragon可以用干货代替,不然chopped parsley其实也很有herb的香气
