Galbi jjim的食材和调料

beef from Costco2 long pieces
baby carrots20~30 ones
brown sugar 3tbsp
corn syrup 2 1/2 tbsp
Korean chili pepper 2tbsp
onion1 regular size one
garlic (minced)8~9 clovers
water2 cups = 32 tbsp
soy sauce4tbsp
cooking wine2tbsp
sesame oil1tbsp

Galbi jjim的做法步骤

    Mix 2cups of water, 4tbsp soy sauce, all minced garlic and all sliced onions, 3tbsp brown sugar, chili pepper and 2 tbsp of rice wine together, and boil it over medium low heat for 20 mins.

    Chop beef into small pieces

    Put everything together into pressure cooker and have it cooking for 35mins(something like that).

  4. 第4步.

    After pressure cooker, take out the pot and add corn syrup, sesame oil. This time we can either heat it up with high heat and let the syrup melt or use the pressure cooker again.

    This time I forgot to put green onion and Chinese mushroom, but they will highlight the dish better I'm sure.
