carrot cake的做法步骤

  1. 第1步.

    Preheat oven to 175 degrees C. Grease and flour a large baking pan.

  2. 第2步.

    In a large bowl, beat together eggs, oil and sugars. Mix in flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Stir in carrots. Pour into prepared pan.

  3. 第3步.

    Bake in the preheated oven for 40 to 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Let cool in pan for 10 minutes.
